Yes, we offer both monthly and annual plans, each with a 12-month agreement. You can cancel anytime with a 30-day notice.

Do we uses our documents or yours?

Yours! We upload your forms and convert them into smart documents with in-line signatures, auto-fill, and required fields. Plus, you also get access to our library of frequently used documents to use if needed.

How do I add my documents?

We handle the setup for you! We build your smart documents, so you can skip the learning curve and get started right away. Senior Sign takes care of the paper so you can take care of the people.

How do I make changes to a document? And does it cost money?

Our Customer Success team handles all document changes for free—no extra cost, no hassle!

Can multiple people sign a document in Senior Sign?

Yes! Residents or communities can assign collaborators—like adult children, power of attorney, or caregivers—to sign as needed. Audit trails track who signed and when, ensuring security and compliance.

Can we download, export, and print a signed agreement?

Yes! With one click, you can download or print. If you’re using an integration, we can also sync resident data, attachments, and signed agreements between platforms.

Can residents or responsible parties access the forms?

Yes! They can securely review, complete, and sign forms anytime, from anywhere—access is protected through a password-secured portal.

How long does Senior Sign store signed documents?

At least 7 years per HIPAA regulations—but we never delete anything without notifying you first.

What does Senior Sign do with our information?

We don’t sell data—ever. That’s bad business and against HIPAA. We only use usage metrics to improve our product for communities and residents.
